ARRENDALE SUPPORT CENTER UPDATE

Welcome to AAI’s Support Center.  In order to better assist customers with service calls we have revamped AAI’s Support Center.  To reach the Support Center during normal business hours, press Option One from our main telephone menu, 800 344-1323.  Your call will be routed to a support center specialist who will:

All support personnel have a detailed knowledge base and an in-depth understanding of TAź, associated hardware and software to resolve service calls.  Some service call incidents are complex requiring additional research and/or need to be assigned to a technical specialist.  Incidents can be assigned to an individual associate or to a specialized team within RAID, our proprietary support center software.

One of the improvements with RAID’s latest version is e-mail notification back to the hospital, which is currently being tested for a May 2001 release.  The e-mail notification will automatically be sent to the contact person at the time the service call is entered into RAID and upon resolution of this incident.  Not only are original incidents logged, but also all activity leading up to and including the problem resolution.  This information is used for statistical reporting to help AAI improve TAź performance throughout all of our healthcare facilities.
