TAeSeries® Training Qualifies for AHIMA CE Credits

Arrendale Associates, Inc. (AAI) is pleased to announce that the TAeSeries® Training Program qualifies for Technology Core continuing education credits from AHIMA during the calendar year 2004. Specifically, this program has been approved for 6 continuing education units for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

The TAeSeries® training program is provided by AAI and A+Network in conjunction with the installation of the web-based TAeSeries® software platform for healthcare facilities including hospitals, healthcare systems and physician practices. Both RHIA and RHIT professionals may earn the six continuing education credits. The TAeSeries® Training Program is an on-site program conducted by experienced AAI Account Managers during facility installations of TAeSeries® dictation and transcription modules. Arrendale staff train Directors and Managers of HIM, Transcription Supervisors and Transcriptionists in detail on the use of the TAeSeries® platform including dictation, job allocation, transcription creation, document management, and physician electronic signature set-up. Additional instruction for supervisors includes automated Quality Assurance and incentive programs, use of turnaround and productivity management reports and procedures for transcription outsourcing with A+Network Transcription Services.

AAI provides certificates to individuals after training for verification purposes.
