HIS UPGRADES

When scheduling an HIS (Hospital Information System) upgrade, AAI requests that you notify our support staff 2-3 weeks in advance.  Please call 800 344-1323 and select option #1, to speak with the AAI Support Center.  The few minutes it takes to provide advance notification to AAI of your HIS upgrade, will be greatly appreciated by your information systems coworkers as well as by Arrendale staff.  Although the majority of upgrades to your HIS system will be transparent to TA, we cannot always provide a seamless upgrade without prior notification.  Roger Howell, AAI VP of Operations, will be pleased to discuss the impact of an upcoming upgrade at your convenience.
