Charlotte NC Arrendale Associates Inc. (AAI) announces recent contracts of its TAeSeries® transcription, document management and electronic signature product to leading healthcare enterprises. These include software sales to Henry County Medical Center, a 270-bed healthcare facility in Paris, TN and Medical Center Hospital, 300 beds of Odessa, TX. Both health systems will incorporate TAeSeries® products in their Medical Records and Ancillary departments, simplifying internal IT support within each facility.

Each facility will utilize TAeSeries®, AAI’s web-based HIPAA-enabled software platform allowing secure, remote Internet access to dictation, transcription and physician electronic signature by physicians, transcriptionists and healthcare management. TAeSeries® provides substantial financial savings to healthcare enterprises due to greater efficiencies, non-proprietary hardware and significant telephony reductions. In addition, the Medical Center Hospital contract calls for AAI to install its TAeDictate digital dictation system for onsite use.
