Charlotte, NC Arrendale Associates, Inc. (AAI) announces the signing and installation of its newest A+Network Transcription Service Affiliate, Pace Transcription and Management Services of East Longmeadow, MA. Pace Transcription provides outsourced medical transcription services to a variety of healthcare clients including physician offices, clinics and hospitals in the Northeast with a team of US domiciled transcriptionists. As an A+Network Affiliate, Pace now uses AAI’s TAeSeries® web-based software platform for dictation and transcription efficiency and financial savings. The non-proprietary dictation, job allocation and transcription modules of TAeSeries® have been installed at Pace, delivering reliability and maximum transcriptionist productivity.

As an A+Network Affiliate, Pace now offers its customers new features including, immediate, secure on-line viewing of transcriptions, printing and faxing automation, HIPAA audit logs of all dictation and transcription activity and HL7 interface options to host healthcare systems. Pace utilizes the AAI/A+Network ASP center for data hosting, 24 by 7 technical assistance and interface expertise, lessening its internal need for IT support.
