Charlotte, NC Arrendale Associates, Inc. (AAI) announces recent sales of its web-based dictation, job allocation and transcription platform, TAeSeries® to Porter Memorial Hospital, 360 beds of Valparaiso, IN, North Oakland Medical Center, 270 beds of Pontiac, MI and to Condell Medical Center, 175 beds of Libertyville, IL. These leading healthcare enterprises have all recently purchased the TAeSeries® platform, in part due to the ease of remote transcription provided by TAeSeries®. Porter Memorial and Condell utilize Arrendale’s A+Network for integrated transcription outsourcing when their facility transcriptionists (in-house and at-home) are unable to complete all the work. North Oakland’s contract calls for two non-affiliated transcription services to transcribe using TAeSeries® licensed software. In each case, HIM directors at these three facilities benefit from greater control of the outsourced transcription work. TAeSeries® job allocation screens provide updates to hospital staff on the status and progress of all outsourced work. Additionally, the outsourced work flows seamlessly into the each hospital’s automatic printing, faxing and electronic signature routines.
