REPORTING⁺

As a management tool for HIM directors, Reporting⁺ provides a complete set of integrated reports to evaluate the productivity of a transcription staff, a QA staff and to analyze turnaround, dictation and transcription activity. Reporting⁺ captures all relevant statistics and allows unique customization of productivity data based on each facility’s individual requirements. Both summary format and detail format reports are offered with adjustable start and end dates. All reports are password-protected and available in the office or remotely from the Internet. Reporting is based on data from the TA⁺ Oracle database and is maintained on the TA⁺ server for maximum speed. Customized reports are available to mimic existing reports or provide additional desired information. Since line-counting methods vary within healthcare facilities, Reporting⁺ accommodates major line counting methods. No third-party software is needed to utilize the functionality of Reporting⁺.

TRANSCRIPTIONIST AND QA EDITOR REPORTING
Reporting⁺ includes a comprehensive group of administrative reports to manage both a transcription staff and QA staff, detailing activity by transcriptionist, QA editor, physician and by work type. Our reporting easily automates transcriptionist compensation. Weighted productivity data, due to physician or report type difficulty (factoring) is provided. Reports analyzing TA⁺ multi-tiered incentive options are included.

WORKFLOW ACTIVITY REPORTS
Several reports are included to analyze physician dictation activity by campus, job number and report type, in summary and detail. Job Backlog reporting and Turnaround reporting are provided with our Workflow activity reporting. A report is available to detail unsigned reports by physician, useful for those facilities utilizing eSign⁺. For additional efficiency, reports are provided to summarize work that has been outsourced to A⁺Network.

TRANSCRIPTIONIST ON-LINE PRODUCTIVITY LOG
Since transcriptionists frequently wish to view their productivity throughout the day, a password protected productivity log is available for each transcriptionist. The transcriptionist accesses them from the Internet and is available at any time. TA⁺ automatically adjusts for edited reports and provides separate productivity logs for transcriptionists and editors. Supervisors are more efficient since they do not have to manually adjust productivity calculations for edits.
