Directions

From 1-77 Southbound:

Take Exit 28, Catawba Avenue, which is approximately 22 miles south of Statesville, NC and 8 miles south of Mooresville, NC. Make a right at the top of the exit ramp. There are 2 lanes that turn right and visitors need to be in the left of the two turn lanes. Go to the first stoplight and make a Left entering Liverpool Parkway. Make your first Left, on Chartwell Center Drive, between Waltrip Racing World and the Cornelius post office. Proceed down the hill and bear right, continuing on Chartwell. You will pass a Japanese restaurant on your left and the Lake Norman Commerce Center signage on your right. AAI is located in the first cream-colored building on the Right.

From I-77 Northbound:

Take Exit 28, Catawba Avenue, approximately 20 miles north of downtown Charlotte. Make a left at the top of the exit ramp. Stay in the left-hand lane. Go to the second light, turning Left and enter Liverpool Parkway. Make your first Left, between Waltrip Racing World and the Cornelius post office on Chartwell Center Drive. Proceed down the hill and bear to the right, continuing on Chartwell. You will pass a Japanese restaurant on your Left and the Lake Norman Commerce Center signage on your right. AAI is located in the first cream colored building on the Right.

From Charlotte/Douglas International Airport:

Follow the airport exit signs to 85 North. The entrance ramp to 85 North is approximately one block past Wendy's. Take 85 North for 4.5 miles to the exit for I-77 North. Take the exit ramp to the right and stay on I-77 until Exit 28, Catawba Avenue. Take a Left at the top of the exit ramp. Stay in the Left hand Lane. Go to the second light and turn Left entering Liverpool Parkway. Make your first Left, Chartwell Center Drive, between Waltrip Racing World and the Cornelius post office. Proceed down the hill and bear to the right, staying on Chartwell. Landmarks are the Lake Norman Commerce Park signage on the right and a Japanese restaurant on your left. We are in the first cream-colored building on the right.
