Programmer Analyst

 Requirements:

·         Work out of Louisville, TN office.  

·         Expertise in C, WIN32 API, Java, XML, JavaScript, Unix, J2EE, JSP, EJB, JDBC,

          Oracle, PLSQL/SQL, JNI, Spring, Swing Required.  

·         BS or equivalent with 4 years experience.

 

Primary Function:

Develop and maintain healthcare applications in several programming languages.  Analysts work in all phases of software development life cycle.

Object oriented analysis and design.

Support Center Analyst

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills.

Good telephone, oral and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Ability to follow procedures and written documentation.

Basic to advanced knowledge of personal computers, networks and servers.

Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Oracle & other software programs.

Successful candidates are patient and detail-oriented.

Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends and rotating holidays.

A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.

Healthcare industry experience is a Plus.

Occasional travel could be required.

 

Primary Function:

An AAI Support Center Analyst will receive, respond, document and refer user problems with supported computer systems.  Within the AAI Support Center, analysts obtain information from customers to determine appropriate solutions.  Analysts resolve routine computer problems and route more complex problems to appropriate staff while documenting issues in our tracking system.

Account Manager  

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent Telephone, Oral and Written Communication Skills

Excellent Organizational, Presentation and Problem Resolution Skills

Technical Familiarity with:

·         PC Networks and Operating Systems

·         Software Applications and PC hardware

·         PC Hardware and Attachment/Download Facilities

Frequent Travel , up to 40% Required

Knowledge of healthcare and AAI’s applications is a Plus

RHIA or RHIT Accreditation is a Plus

 

Primary Function:

AAI Account Managers are responsible for training all AAI applications including the planning, setup, on-site go live and post installation remote support with our healthcare facility customers.  AAI Account Managers interact with transcriptionists, physicians, departmental managers and information systems support staff to manage the installation, training, and use of AAI applications. 

 

Medical Transcriptionist

 Requirements:

2-3 Years Prior Experience Transcribing Acute Care Hospital  or  physician practice medical transcription.  

98% Accuracy Level or Better  

Self-Motivated with Ability to Work Productively from Your  home-based office 

Knowledge of Multi-Disciplinary Medical Terminology

Experience editing with speech recognition systems is a Plus.

 

Primary Function:

Medical Transcriptionists for A+Network produce medical transcription report types (H&Ps, Operative Reports, Discharge Summaries, Consults, Radiology, etc.) using a technically advanced, Web-based Transcription Product.  Transcriptionists with A+Network work from home and need a high speed Internet connection.

Account Executive  

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years prior experience selling within the healthcare IT sector

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Knowledge of HIM industry and key vendors

RHIA or RHIT Accreditation is a Plus

 

Primary Function:

Responsible for traditional licensed sales and ASP transactions of software, services and hardware within designated territory.  Ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of dictation, transcription, speech recognition and EHR systems.  Account Executives are responsible for pricing proposals, remote and on-site demonstrations and technical follow-up to closure.
